We accept the following insurance: Blue Cross/Blue Choice PPO, Blue Cross HMO (Amita/Ascension group), United Healthcare (Optum/UMR), Cigna and Aetna.

Payment

Check, credit card accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. No shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge of $75. Extenuating circumstances leading to a cancellation can be discussed with your therapist.
